All Sales Are Final

Due to the artisanal nature of our production, all purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Manufacturing Defects

Refunds are issued only when a piece arrives with a manufacturing defect. In that rare event, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@syerajewelry.com.

Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect. Once our workshop has reviewed and confirmed the defect, we will issue a full refund.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

Items that have been personalized, engraved, or created as a bespoke commission are unique to you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has commenced.

Return Process

If a return is officially authorized by our team:

• The item must be in its original, unworn condition.
• All original packaging and certificates must be included.
• Insured return shipping is the responsibility of the client.
