1. Overview

Syera Jewelry specializes in luxury fine jewelry, crafted with high-quality materials and exceptional design. These Terms govern your use of our services, purchases, website, and any interaction with our brand.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or using our platform with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue items without notice. We strive to display accurate information, but cannot guarantee that descriptions, images, or prices are error-free.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and approved digital payment options. Full payment must be received before shipment or delivery of goods.

5. Orders and Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, it may not be canceled unless authorized by Syera Jewelry. Custom or personalized orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer domestic and international shipping via DHL Express. Shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout. While we aim to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen circumstances. Syera Jewelry is not liable for such delays.

7. Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. Refunds are issued only for items that arrive with a manufacturing defect, reported within 7 days of receipt and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom, engraved, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

8. Warranty and Repairs

All Syera Jewelry products are covered by a limited warranty for manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs is not covered. Repairs outside of warranty may be subject to a service fee.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, logos, designs, and text on the Syera Jewelry website and promotional materials are the exclusive property of Syera Jewelry and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
